For those of you that don’t know me, I come from a background in social work with a bachelor’s degree driven by a lifelong passion for helping others. That foundation shapes the way I coach—through empathy, encouragement, and a genuine commitment to supporting each person’s unique journey. My goal is to create a safe, uplifting, and motivating environment where clients feel seen, supported, and inspired to grow.
Outside of the gym, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our french bulldog, getting outside for walks and hikes, traveling, weight lifting, yoga, and cycling. Movement is a big part of my life both professionally and personally, and I love sharing that passion with the people I train!

What hours can I visit the gym?
General and adult memberships have 24-hour access. Student memberships can access the club from 5 AM to 11 PM daily.
Can I use my membership at Burlington and Twin Lakes?
Yes! All memberships include multi-club privileges unless otherwise noted in the membership details.
Do you participate in insurance or partner programs (OnePass, GymPass, etc.)?
No. We did in the past — and never again. Memberships are offered directly through us for the best experience and consistency.
Do you offer a military or first responder discount?
Yes. Please sign up during staffed hours to receive the discount and verify eligibility.
How old do you have to be to visit the club?
Children 10-12 may visit under parent supervision. Ages 13 and up may train without restriction.
Can I bring a guest?
Yes. Guests may accompany a member for $5 per visit. Guest waivers are available at the front desk and must be completed each visit.
Can I visit the gym before I sign up?
Absolutely. Stop in during staffed hours for a tour or purchase a day pass to experience the gym first-hand.
